 32nd Annual Midwest Stress Response and Molecular Chaperone Meeting 

Information

This annual meeting is for researchers interested in cell stress responses, the regulation        and function of molecular chaperones, protein folding, misfolding, clearance, and all            aspects of proteostasis including protein conformational diseases.   

 

The emphasis at this meeting is on selecting Graduate Students, Postdoctoral Fellows, and New Investigators as speakers. Abstracts for talks and posters will be due by November 20, 2026.

 

This meeting is sponsored by funds generously provided by The Daniel F. and Ada L. Rice Institute for Biomedical ResearchThere is no registration fee for this meeting.

 

The meeting will be held in the Pancoe-NSUHS Life Sciences Pavilion building at 2200 Campus Drive, Evanston IL. Parking is available at no cost on campus on the date of

the conference. The closest parking lots are the North Campus Garage, the MLSF East Drive & Lot, and Northwestern Place which you can view on this map:  https://maps.northwestern.edu/facility/240

Posters

For those presenting a poster, we request posters no larger than 42"W x 46"H.

A block of rooms will be reserved at a discounted rate for MWSM participants at

Hyatt House in Evanston.
